Caulking joint sealants longevity are based on proper preparation, installation and caulk types. Some types of caulking materials are used on different surfaces to meet specifications. We use silicone, polyurethane, acrylic, latex, epoxy joint filler and fire stop. We use commercial grade caulking/sealant types along with our proper preparation to ensure maximum bond and longevity.
